The owners, Ron and Carole, have been welcoming guests for 26 years. They enjoy learning from people from all over the world. They purchased this historic 1953 motel and moved a house up the hill from the Ephraim wetlands park. This house was split into two parts which became the Sunset Meadow Anniversary Suite and Garden King Efficiency.
