Guests enjoy internet access in exceptionally clean and historically remodeled rooms and suites  surrounded by lovely flowers, chemical free lawns with outdoor tables, yard swings, charcoal grills and a fire pit.  All units are first floor with complimentary parking.  There is a large outdoor pool, a gathering room, and seating on porches and decks near each unit.

    • PARKING for one vehicle near your door
      • Ask about parking arrangements for more than one vehicle, oversized vehicles or boats.
    • Kringle and complimentary delicious ORGANIC, FAIR TRADE COFFEE is served from 8:00 to 10:00 at the check-in window. The Park-view office ambassador is happy to help you learn about Door County at that time.
    • There are a limited number of COFFEE MAKERS or Keurig coffee makers available for rooms which do not already have them. Keurig pods may be purchased. 
    • use of BICYCLES, including 21 speed comfort bicycles, a tandem bicycle and a tag along for young children to pedal are available to guests who sign the check out information sheet. They are available between 8 AM and 5 PM to use by appointment to ensure someone is on site to help you. The bikes may not be transported by vehicle.
    • Peninsula Park-View offers a free DIY BICYCLE MAINTENANCE STATION for cyclists, the only Door County Lodging with one!
    • large outdoor seasonal SWIMMING POOL that opens in early June or sooner depending on weather and main. 
    • enjoy use of the LARGE GATHERING ROOM, especially nice for groups, with a beautiful stone fireplace, ping pong and board games.
    • MAID SERVICE – Rest easy as our ”Guest Care Specialists” will only enter rooms in between guests. They have been trained to extensively clean and disinfect between guests using a method which steams at temperatures 100 degrees above what it takes to kill insects and viruses. Our Guest Care Specialists will provide clean towels, soap and help guests when needed. Only the owners will enter your room or suite to address an issues and concerns.
    • Park-View Tourism Ambassadors, Recreation Specialist, and master naturalists are often on site to share ideas about Door County. A unique selection of picnic packs and baskets at A DOOR COUNTY PICNIC is available on site. Coming Soon: A Door County Picnic expansion

  • Guests show their key at the Blue Horse Beach Cafe for a one time discount featuring unique sandwiches, fresh bakery made from scratch on and specialty coffees, teas and hot chocolate.
  • Guests show their key at the Old Post Office Restaurant in Ephraim to enjoy a discount on Fish Boils or breakfast because some staff work there. Guests who compare always say they are the best.

A Day of Fun at A Peninsula Park-View
Guests hike in Peninsula State Park across the road or golf on the Championship Golf Course, just a wood and a nine iron away. They ride a complimentary 21 speed bicycle or tandem bicycle and photograph the amazing Peninsula State Park. While on the large sandy Nicolet Beach, they might swim, rent a kayak or canoe or bask in the sun. They then explore the nature center, hike on the trails or tour Eagle Bluff lighthouse. Sometimes they take time to meditate on one of the amazing overlooks. Peninsula Park-View is also the best central location to explore the wonders of Door County’s arts, parks, music, theater, sunsets and shopping.
They return to A Peninsula Park-View to use the grill, swim in the large outdoor heated pool, play ping pong, enjoy a board or outdoor game or check their emails. Sometimes they order sandwiches from the Blue Horse to enjoy in front of the large stone fireplace in the gathering lodge.
Some guests end the evening with a swim in the large pool, a movie at the outdoor theater nearby and wine from a local winery. They might go less than a half mile drive to Eagle Harbor or drive to a Peninsula State Park overlook area to enjoy a spectacular sunset. Many go to Northern Sky Theater in Peninsula State Park or walk or drive to the outdoor movie theater, less than a block away.
